DC
Airco type 8500 is a split air conditioner that
consists of two units to be connected with 2
pre-filled refrigerant hoses. The outdoor unit
is a back wall compressor/condenser unit to be
mounted at the rear of the cab and connected by
four small holes to the indoor unit, which is
mounted on the rear wall inside the cab. This
unit is designed to run on the normal starter
batteries, but separate batteries can be used.
